It’s been around a month and a bit since my last progress pic.
Went to the gym 4/5 times a week and increased my protein.
I’ve since lost 3kgs on the scales. But I think I have lost more like 6kgs of fat and put 3 back on with muscle.
Still loving every minute of the gym and can’t wait to see where I can get to in 2012.
Laziness will get you nowhere.
Very enjoyable gym session this morning.
Did 35 mins of chest excercises.
And finished off with my first HiiT program.
16 mins on the bike. 30 sec moderate speed, 30 sec 100%. Mid to high resistance
265 calories burnt in 16 mins on the bike.
