Haven’t posted for a week as Xmas is apon us. Being a business owner and working crazy hours has made getting to the gym impossible.
Amazing how much I miss going. The feeling after. Need that rush ASAP.

Did 35 mins of chest excercises.
And finished off with my first HiiT program.
16 mins on the bike. 30 sec moderate speed, 30 sec 100%. Mid to high resistance
265 calories burnt in 16 mins on the bike.
